MRR rental fee being returned to renter?

I don't understand why my rental fees are being returned to the renter? Am I doing something wrong? Is the performance low? I?ve underestimated the hash rate but still don?t know why it?s down? Maybe I should push it down further to actually keep the fee from the renter. Any help would be much appreciated.
