I am sure it will create a hype because now the environment of cryptos has totally changed, unfortunately we will not going to see some creative ideas anymore, all we will see is the huge crowd fundings of ICOs owned by big or reputed companies without having a unique or creative roadmap and they just want to earn by pumping their coin.

Well, every companies could run their own ICO and coins to compete the Cryptocurrency game in the market but it's up to them how they would put some uniqueness for their coin to be able to attract more investors and users into their platform.
Today's Cryptocurrency competition is very tough because there are too many coins have been circulating in the market and people are confused what coins are better than the other.

Indeed, if telegram could offer premium services for their Telegram that their Telegram coin holders only could enjoy then why not!?
Companies today are making their own Blockchain in order to attract more clients and customers who would use their token to have beget advantage than who are not.

Well just with its name, i know it's going to hype and be a popular ico.
Not sure it'll be good, but i think telegram won't be playing with their ico. They might plan the best and i hope it's gonna turn into a big success.

Based on information taken from whitepaper, Telegram ICO looks very promising. I believe it attracts huge attraction from both investment and crypto society. Look forward to seeing its public leg launch.

It's obviously one of the most promising ICOs of 2018! I guess most of people  will not be able to participate in this ICO.
All tokens will be purchased during Pre-Sale.     And will be Large Entry Threshold

if true telegram want to start ICO. maybe they do not need to do promotion or advertising. because before their ico starts maybe their tokens are sold out.

There will be a lot of noise. I personally will not participate. If the telegram collects 1-3 billion dollars, then on such a project it will be hard to do x2-x3, while in other projects it is an adequate profit.

When cryptocurrency attract big company interest such as telegram, well it's reasonable because they want more wealth than ever.
Let's pretend that they have made a token, for me personally, I will try to observe their detail and mostly will invest and support them because if they decide to build an ICO , it means that they are really serious !

I believe in Durov. Yet all his projects were great and I don't think this one is gonna be an exception. Concerning telegram TON, it set ambitious goals to become the biggest ICO in the history of the initial placement of tokens and to achieve the title of "third generation blockchain".
