For now, i guess investing in ICO still profitable, but you must not blindly invest on them.
Always do your own research before using your money on some project.

I would invest only in top 100 altcoins or better keep your funds in bitcoin and ethereum. Both are strong cryptos and it is safer than unknown shitcoin

It is pretty easy to answer that question in terms of October, I would choose any of the top 25 coins from coinmarketcap that have been around for 6 months or greater. They are pretty much all languishing at around 85% below there previous ATH values so it should be farily easy to secure a 50% gain or greater from where they sit now. EOS, OMG, NEO all offer a good chance.

My advice is, you better invest in ethereum or litecoin. Both coins are very good to invest, because these coins have high potential. Many investors invest in this coin. I'm sure the next 1-2 months the price of this coin will soar again.
