45 sats/byte.
Yikes.

For 100% certainty of confirmation soon, you'll have to talk to a miner to include it in the next block they mine.
The user Quickseller is in control of F2pool.

If you don't have any luck there and you're either the sender or receiver of the transaction, you can try either a RBF of CPFP transaction, but this will cost more in fees.

To get it confirmed: use https://pool.viabtc.com/tools/txaccelerator/ at exactly the whole hour, but start with the unconfirmed input 186718ef18cf767a108ecfcc253d955a7f9a014431dc0925cc6900d7a4d62752.
To get it canceled: double spend it to another address with a much higher fee. If the unconfirmed input is your transaction too too, double spend that one.

Thanks, I missed that. I didn't know Blockchain.info doesn't consequently show "(U)" for all unconfirmed transactions.

@Freebitcoreal: Since all transaction use the same fee, I assume they're all yours. What you should do, is double spend the first unconfirmed transaction of your "chain".

For your future transactions, you should not make multiple transactions the way you did on December 16, you should use "send to many" to send Bitcoins to all receiving addresses in one transaction. This saves data, lowers the total fee, and reduces the backlog of unconfirmed transactions.
How you can do this, depends on your wallet. If your wallet doesn't allow it, you should switch to a different wallet.
