I need a 7.50$ btc loan for 48hrs
I can give 9.25$ via PayPal for collateral

Collateral via paypal isnt valid collateral. You could easily reverse it and the lender would be out of both btc and paypal. Read https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=577765.0 and either provide valid collateral or lock this thread.
