Take this advise which is right on where you can able to purchase doge coins into those exchangers listed on the given link. 10k doge is just too small considering on the total supply of doge and into its current price. I do bet out that you can able to purchase hundreds thousands of it yet its just too cheap. We don't know whats the reason why purchase small amounts of doge coins but well this is indeed on OP's personal side.

you can buy 10,000 dogecoin right now before the price increase and you will miss a good time to buy. but you need to analyze the price and the trends and if it's a down price, maybe you need to wait for a while so you can buy at the cheap price. dogecoin still have a cheap price so you don't have to spend much of satoshi but for the increase of the price, I don't think that dogecoin will increase soon because there is too many orders buy and sell in every market so you will need to be patient.
