Very FRUSTRATED today with KUCOIN Exchange

I put in 2 buy orders today for NEO with ethereum after selling some DENT and my buys/buy orders are no where to be seen. I see in my main account it says I have the 5 eth worth of my assets in orders, but no where can I see my open orders, so where the hell has my money gone and what are they doing? I sent in a support ticket but I don't know how good or crappy their support is. I hope I don't lose my 5 eth I will be really pissed.

Unfortunately I can't really help you as I don't personally use KuCoin, but try using Binance[1] or Bittrex[2] and save yourself the potential headaches with KuCoin.  Though it's very unlikely that you lost your ETH, unless KuCoin is in to some shady stuff. I suggest publicizing your problem via posting on Reddit if their support doesn't reply after a few days. Sometimes this does the trick.

Same for me. Want to cancel a buy order but it doesn't even show up. Nowhere.

Though I never encountered such a problem I can personally say that Kucoin is losing its trust among users. I have been using Kucoin from the past month. Initially it was gonig all good but now all these complaints are really turning this exchange into a shady one. Today I tried to withdraw BNTY and to my surprise its was showing 50 BNTY ($20) as fee. WTH!

I feel there is a lot of internal price manipulation on here also. Though I cannot prove it, I have read a lot regarding this. Many coins with great tech like BNTY, PRL, DBC are getting slaughtered since most have their volumes in this exchange. And I am talking about this happening before the massive dip going on.  Its high time to move to better exchanges.

Stay away from any asia exchanges,untill 20jan thay have no banks support and now all chinise are selling
Look overal crypto voume there is no luquidity.But if support will not answer,write to Korean scrutinity,thay are now investigating his exchanges
