Best exchange?

[Bugged]

Currently in the research stage of starting to trade in BTC.

I'm looking to find the cheapest exchange to trade through.

I want the fees to be as low as possible so I've got the best chance of profit.

I'll probably be trading in small quantities to being with (<£100).
