I thought it might be nice to reference the other in each thread, because there are bound to be questions, answers, comments, reviews, feedback etc. that is in either thread, but not in the other.

There are 3-pages of really good information regarding this service, we've discussed their position on escrow, categories of items and other "FAQs". To avoid asking the same question that has already been answered, I would highly recommend reading through the other thread fully. Almost the entire other thread is purely information regarding explanations and clarifications about terms, contact methods and everything else.

That being said, I will continue to participate in the other thread primarily unless provoked otherwise; I do not want to confuse myself or OP. Looking forward to getting our first deal handled and done so we can move onto bigger negotiations. I'd say OP has been pretty professional thus far, attentive to questions and has maintained good composure through tough scrutiny. My only complaint so far is the time it is taking to get our first deal processed, but this is simply in miscommunication and I will not blame that on OP. They, as far as I can tell, are doing their best to meet the needs and concerns of everyone so far, but I'm looking forward to reading some reviews and getting one hammered out myself, as well.
