Hardware wallets are great for security but it adds cost because you have to buy it. Online wallets can be hacked but you can lose a hardware wallet (plus the electronics can fail). The Ledger Nano S is a popular choice for a hardware wallet.

They don't necessarily look like USB sticks, but they're called hardware wallets.  The hardware wallet that you're thinking of is probably the Ledger Nano S, because it looks somewhat like a USB stick.

The major hardware wallets are generally considered to be very secure against malware, and at no point are your private keys exposed to your PC, so yes I would consider them better.

I've found TREZOR to be very supportive, intelligent and prompt with updates.  I hear (although I don't have a Ledger wallet), that Ledger is similarly very good.

Both Trezor and Ledger Nano S are good hardware wallets. There are several kind of hardware wallets on the market, but these two are nearly the best. The most important thing you need to consider when you choose your wallet is that it's really necessary for the hardware wallet to have a screen (to be able to double check the address you're sending to, because if your computer is infected with the clipboard virus, that changes the recipient's address to the hacker's address) and to have physical buttons to interact with the hardware wallet (the New Trezor will have touchscreen, but that's not crucial at all).

They are not USB's, they are hardware wallets, and you can find some of them just by researching a little all over this forum.

Of course, they are the most safest way to store your bitcoins, and altcoins included too. I dont know why it wouldn't be safe to store your coins in there..

Yes,it would be the best option to store bitcoins in hardware wallets.When bitcoins were to be stored for  long period of time,its the ultimate choice.They provide enhanced protection against theft and scams.

Even when our computers get hacked,our coins are safe in the hardware wallet.Even if by chance,we lose our hardware wallet,our coins could be restored in a new wallet.

It's the ledger nano s. Just google it to know more about it.

You can upto about 5 coins to use in the wallet at the same time. It's actually pretty good in regards of security. I've been thinking about getting one for a few weeks now and just decided to give it a shot. I'll mainly store bitcoin and ethereum on it and I can't trust the way I do it now.

Right now, I use electrum and I feel my private keys can be snatched away easily. I guess it's a much better idea to get the coins on a hardware wallet especially if you're planning on HODLING for a long time (like I do).

Since it's a hardware wallet, you can rest assured that no one ever can make a transaction from your addresses except you as you the person needs to know the pin and have access to the ledger itself. I'm waiting till it arrives and I'm really excited about it.

Hardware wallet is normally more secure if agints hacker rather than electronic.
Hardware wallet need to buy and it cost for some money but more secure for sure.
