Message for Ascension from btcquick! :)

I've used btcquick several times and overall I've been pretty happy with them. I even recommended them to three friends that have since gone on to use it. However, on my last transaction I still have not received my private key despite it having been 72hrs (I've had 7 successful transactions in the past with them, using the same cc, google wallet account, everything). I've sent Jerrod an email and I've opened a support ticket but haven't gotten a response. I've read bitcointalk for several months but have never signed up, but now I did just so I can see if I can catch him on here. Since I'm a newbie I can't go into the main btcquick thread. Hopefully he sees this here or in a few hours once I'm done with newbie status I'll post there.

Hi GOB, I'm having a similar problem with an unfunded private key. I really, really tried to do my due diligence to find a reputable exchange and Bctquick.com seemed to be safe, secure, and fast. I really enjoy the fact that you can use Google checkout. This is my first transaction with bctquick.com and quite frankly, I'm extremely nervous, as I believed the Bitcoin I purchased would be delivered in 15 minutes. I've submitted a support ticket and attempted to use the dedicated forum for such issues but don't know if these are effective. Perhaps, I should send an email to individual named Jerrod. Do you have any suggestions or advice as someone who has been in my shoes. Your help or advice is greatly appreciated!
