Summary
This is the fifth report for Discovery. This week no report on Scribd because it's quite short.

Bitfunder has closed for trading now. Most assets have been migrated to other exchanges (Havelock) or direct shares now. Determining the price for direct shares is difficult but possible based on the various posts in bitcointalk to buy or sell.

With this information NAV has stabilised a bit. Currently NAV per share is 0.00582083 (was 0.00603092). The outcome of the Senate Hearing on bitcoins did a lot of good to the BTC price, which in itself is good but does not have a direct effect on our assets. However we expect to see new initiatives for exchanges to start in the near future which will have the necessary things in place to allow US investors to invest.

On the down side, Discovery is also facing an issue with funds stuck in weexchange. The fund also had an amount of Ukyo and Graet loans which to date haven't seen any redeems. Depending on the outcome of this the funds NAV might drop some more.
