The transfer displayed after 11h hours


Hello all

I transfer 0.0531 BTC to my address
10 hours pass. But my transfer not listed blockchain

I transfer from Beetle.io one of FINOM service. Contact Beetle but no reply from them. Any one know the official thread of Beetle.io? I tried to search but not found!

Is Beetle.io is a scam or my situation is normal? What could I do now?

If any Beetle guy read this post. Please contact me. My Beetle email is dangphattaicm@gmail.com

I haven't heard of this beetle wallet/exchange but it seems like it is made by finom themselves so you can alternatively contact them.
