Well its a good thing for not only bitcoin but for the whole cryptocurrency to have this kind of correction but i dont think it is not considered a crash but more likely a healthy correction. And yes you are right probably there are lots of new investors that's got played by greedy institutions and whales. That is why it's very important to learn and research first before you are going to enter in any kind of investment. They should've known that bitcoin and cryptocurrencies are very volatile because it is not regulated. I just hope they will learn their lesson now just incase they became a victim. But lets not celebrate for the ones who lost their investment through this they just want to earn some money and to make a living out of crypto. Losing lots or whole savings in an invesment is not a funny thing. I feel sorry for them  . |

yeah the people when see the price falling down like right now they came to panic, after that they sell all of their asset and end up lossing all his money. when you see the bitcoin price crash you should analyze the price first will it rise again or not. after that you should take action not just panic selling. look now the price recover step by step just wait and hold. or you can buy more with this cheap price

in my opinion every crash has two main benefits:
1. all the newbies with weak hands get flushed out of the market and that helps with the stability and helps build a stronger buy support. for example when yesterday we tested $10,000 and prices below ($9222) it couldn't last, that built up a very strong support at that level.
2. idiots are eliminated one way or another. they either lose money and get the hell out of bitcoin (good riddance) or they learn from their mistakes, become familiar with FUD and stay in and never repeat the same mistake.
.... and once again whales got bigger thanks to newbies.

You never hear from them when the price is at record high prices, but the moment when there are a correction, they flood these forums with negativity and "I told you so" comments.

Well,I think that everything has it’s ups and downs.It’s not the first time that btc rates have fallen,but hey,has it stopped people from trading?Nope.I think it would be effective to buy more bitcoins now at a lower rate and sell them at a higher price and increase profit.For people like me,now is the time for investment.Virtual money has always found its way through thick and thin.So I’m hopeful that this small crash will not hold us back
