Is it really this bad now?  I was thinking about using their services in the near future, but maybe I will just stick with virtex.  They answer inquiries within a couple days and I got answers straight from the CEO in a personal e-mail last time.
Can't beat that in the BTC game.

Maybe we should do an inquiry test.  Email each exchange the same sort of question and see how long the reply takes from each.  Good idea??

That's not so difficult if the total extent of staff is: 1.

True that, he must be a hard worker, however in the last 6 months or so of using them infrequently I have always been satisfied with the service and speed.  They have never has a service interruption either that I know of.  I'm not saying it's the best option, because I have a Canadian bank account and that makes me biased towards them, I'm just saying in my opinion and experience they provide good service.  Better then Mt. Gox it seems.
