Once a transaction has 6 confirmations, it is extremely unlikely that an attacker without at least 50% of the network's computation power would be able to reverse it.

Another 500 coins knocked off.

Price has now dropped from $123.7 to $116.5

Where have all the fear mongers gone

I would think everyone who wants out would've traded out for BTC by now.  The others just enjoy crappy service I suppose.

Perhaps the panic bubble didn't suddenly burst, but it sure looks like it is deflating. May the last one out please close the door?
