Haasonline Command Line Trade Bot

The Command Line Trade Bot, or shorten the CL Bot, is a totally new kind of trade bot desinged especially for tweakers. This new bot will provide you with a command prompt or webbased API on which you can build your own trade logic upon. Doing this enables you create your own trade logic in any setup you desire.

The CL bot is a universal piece of software that will provide you with a limited set of commands which you can use. Things you can do are reading the exchange (current buy/sell values, wallet data, open order list) and you can send buy or sell signals to the exchange itself. It this looks the same as a compiled API, but the API itself it totally different. The CL Bot uses it own API supporting both BTC-e and Bitstamp. The API of the CL bot can be reached using the command prompt or using a local webserver.

Using the examples you can see how you can attach the CL Bot to the things you have made. In the Examples you will find a demo for Microsoft Excel and PHP. But if you think about it and you read the code you will understand this does not really matter, you can attach everything to the CL Bot you want. It will give hole new world of options to you.

Language
The CL Bot will only be availible in English. There will not be a translated version of this software. There is also not really a need for that because the CL Bot will operate on the background of your software/logic.

Based upon proven technology
The CL Bot is based on the source files of the Simple Trade Bot, they share the same kernel files. So the technology itself has been around for a couple of months already and has proven itself already to hundreds of people. updates for the CL Bot or the Simple Trade Bot will be released at the same time so they support both the same exchanges (and features like that).

Limited interface
The CL Bot does NOT support things like depositing and redrawing coins. Haasonline Software Engineering considers this as a to high risk to implement it. So do not ask to support this kind of API features, because it will not be added. (i am sorry for all the good people out there) So you can not build a arbitrage bot on this interface!

Support
The support of the CL Bot is limited to the software itself. If there is a problem with the CL Bot i am very happy to help you. If there is a problem with your logic i can do some assisting, but please understand i can not do very much. Support is done on the forum, by PM or the support ticket system on my website.

Updates
The CL Bot will be updated just like the Simple Trade Bot. If there is a new version you as a user of the software will be notified about it and you will get a download link. This way you can stay updated.

Future plans
The CL Bot is just released (August 2013) as the first Beta version. It stable, it has been tested and its very usable. However, i expect to get some request supporting more things like JSON besides XML. These are the kind of features you can expect to be added in time. Maybe a new exchange will be added too. If a exchange is added you will get be notified and updated.

I am planning on adding new commands like for getting historical data from BitcoinCharts.

Addons
Totally new are the addons to the CL Bot. You as a user can create some nice trade logic and if you do i can post it at my website for you as a addon. This can be done for free or this can be done for a required donation. Doing this you serve the entire cryto community and you will be able to make some coins of it, if you want of course. I will not be asking any fee or any sort. The stuff you make has to be valid and unique per end-user and thats all i ask. Letting it be posted at my website gives you the advantage to be sure your work reaches the end-users untoched and your work will also be promoted by me. (as addon of course)

Licence
The CL Bot is licenced for personal use only, just like the Simple Trade Bot. You can not order this bot and begin to sell your own bot based upon mine. Its also not very logical, because using the addons on my website will give you a bigger reach to all the people out there and you will still be earning from it (if you want to).

All the Simple Trade Bot users have had a coupon to get a special discount for ordering the Command Line Trade Bot.

Source code
The source code of the entire command line trade bot will be released as soon as i am done with the coming advanced trade bot. It is expected this will be around the beginning of 2014. All sources will by released then, including the Simple Trade Bot it sources. (please read: the CL bot will become required-donation-open-source in time)

Final warning
Just like the Simple Trade Bot i want to keep on pressuring to only buy the software at www.haasonline.com because this is the only way you will be sure you get the code thats works and code it is without scams inside it. This is the only way you can be sure your coins are safe, any other download elsewhere will most likely contain scammed code inside. Be aware of this fact. The price/donation i ask is not much. Like i said the commands will be expanded in time.

Security
The Command Line Trade Bot itself is a security risk. Because you can do so many things this easily you have to take care of some good security. Keep your firewall up and running and keep a virusscanner running on the background.
