There is nothing you can do. The only way possible of recovering your BCH is if the person controlling the private-key of the address (Coinpayments, BitGo or whoever does) cares enough to do so. In this case, you are probably out of luck.

Not sure if Bitcoin cash supports multisignature adresses, (I've read somewhere that there were some problems with it?), but if this not the case then you are correct.. Whoever is controlling the private key ( BitGo), can refund but chooses not to probably if it's under a certain amount. It would simply be too much effort for them, due to how their system archictecture is implemented or whatever might be the reason.

This is pretty normal. ( Although i wouldn't say it is justified, but it is your mistake afterall.) Bittrex for example will only recover your bitcoin cash if the amount is greater than 5000$. https://support.bittrex.com/hc/en-us/articles/115000961172-Bittrex-s-Crosschain-Recovery-Policy

Where did you send the bitcoin cash to?
Bitgo or Coinpayments?

Multisig address means that there are more than 1 private keys, and with the way it is set up, it may require most -- or all -- of the private keys to move the funds.
So you can see why it's a hassle.

Since the amount is more than $20,000, you can contact the recepient of the BCash and tell them to help you retrieve it. They may be willing to help you due to the amount involved.

Maybe you can try contacting them their chat logs but usually this take time because some of your concerns could not be read immediately by the one's handling the customer care cause their other staff might be busy in doing some things. Well, practically I think it is impossible for you to recover 20k now that you multi signture address when in fact the bitcoin cash does not support that kind of features.

Multisig means there are more than one private keys and you'll need most or all the private keys to move the coins.
IIRC for a bitgo multisig Bitgo holds a set of keys and obviously won't give them out so you're SOL.

So it looks like you sent 10.69 BCH from qrdfk4h8a0zg4c96wftkgjzl6pj9f6t74y329lmcc7 to 3FkyvnYXamYpSSF2LmkKAtui4C1WQ3A5dP

This is Bitcoin Cash's legacy format.  The new address format  is pzd9rsjqyed0aszjj03rm8msqkw58malhswzq9dz7x

https://blockchair.com/bitcoin-cash/address/pzd9rsjqyed0aszjj03rm8msqkw58malhswzq9dz7x

You can see 10.69 BCH.

Now only if either of these addresses are in your wallet...

Dude how much you loss?
Don't make a mistake like this again, if repeated your money can't back.
From this thread i know that bch supply is decreasing.
