Unless you signed a confidentially agreement with this guy (buy using your website or something like that) and you did not collect his info by illegal means (requesting a credit report)  what is the problem?

I gave him an ultimatum
If he doesn't return the stolen bitcoins, I'll report him to the IC3/FBI and publish his information for everyone.
The thing is that this kid is still a kid, 19 years old. A very immature 19 years old kid, who might ruin the rest of his life by being canned.
I want to give him a chance of making things right by returning the stolen bitcoins, I gave him 24 hours.

Anyone who goes victimized by sucraM/Kagomeluvsu2 please send me a PM.

That's fair and appreciated I hope.  Good idea as we have all screwed up one time or another.

I'm 19 and I just want to say, thank you for doing this. It's these kind of things done by immature young people that truly hurt bitcoins. Many have claimed I would scam eventually based on my immaturity or whatever reason but I have not because it's simply wrong. To a 19 year old, $1000 is a lot of money, and I've escrowed for almost double that, however never once has a thought to run with the funds crossed my mind. Thank you again and honestly I hope this kid goes to jail instead.

I'm 19 and
- snip -

Really?  Wow.  I never would have guessed.  I'm impressed, there aren't many 19 year olds that come across as mature and responsible as you do.

That is very good, and fast, work!

This kid tried to scam me out of $5K.  I played along for a while then told him to f off.  So, since he did not get anything from me I guess I have no reason to file.

Funny story:  when I went to cancel his bogus transaction on localbitcoins I accidently hit the "release funds" button by mistake.  It almost gave me a heart attack.  Lucky for me the site requires confirmation for the release of funds action.

Has he returned any of the BTC yet?  Have any actual victims stepped forward?

Probably a BS boast.

Our family was terrorized by Homeland Security.  Read all about it here:  http://www.jmwagner.com/ and http://www.burtw.com/  Any donations to help us recover from the $300,000 in legal fees and forced donations to the Federal Asset Forfeiture slush fund are greatly appreciated!

I had a thought.  Victims will most likely contact localbitcoins to see what can be done or to report the theft.  If you turn over all the DOX to localbitcoins then they can give the DOX to any victims that contact them.

Good idea, it's done.

well, he is living with his mom:

but I don't recommend harassing people, leave the punishment to the authorities... that's the only thing that this government is good at.

It's funny how he keeps using the same phone number, he is an idiot.
Wait a minute, his new nickname on local bitcoins was "justicedog"?
ROFL this guy is really braindead. He went from using his REAL names reversed to using his pet's name.
What's gonna be next? His mom's name?

This guy really wants to get caught.
