Hello,

Second time I start the verification process and second time after sending the request my document was rejected at once as I have sent them.
How could I know what is the reason for rejection, and how I can finish the verification?
Any idea? What should I do?

Subject: [User Verification Status] verification

##- Bвeдитe cвoй oтвeт нaд этoй cтpoкoй -##
Dear up113356833
Due to high influx of new users we allow to submit user verification only one time within 30 days.
In case your user verification was rejected, please try to submit verification request in 30 days.
Now we allow to submit documents for user verification only once during 30 days.
Next time please:
1. Pay special attention to a quality of uploaded photos.
2. All details and numbers must be clearly readable.
3. Learn the guide one more time please https://support.cex.io/hc/en-us/articles/215744957-Identity-Verification-Guide
In case your ticket is not connected with user verification rejection, please create a new ticket with detailed description of the issue.
Thanks for understanding
CEX.IO Team

Since they didn't mention directly if what was the problem, you should check it by yourself. Have you comply to all requirements listed on the link given?  All information you provided in their form should matched the data in your ID/documents and be clearly scanned.

Shocked CEX.IO required to submit so many things. Too bad you could only request once per 30 days

Certainly! I checked my document several times before send them to cex.io, but no any hint from them why they rejected.
