Swap from STCDR to STC is already active, please login, finish your KYC, goto menu "STCDR Drawing Right" and follow all steps precisely. Depending on your available investment amount, you can use all, parts or even non of your STCDR. The minimum amount is 0.5 eth. Unused STCDR will remain in your wallet, you can hodl them or sell once STCDR is listed on an exchange.
If you swap to STC, you can always sell STC at fair value = NAV (Net Asset Value) to the STC smart contract against ETH. This is different than in a "project doomed ICO", so actually no exchange listing needed to sell! Check the smart contract STC - function "requestWithdrawal" or the button SELL on the account page on the website.

With STC, you have  underlying portfolio of the top 20 coins. In short, if you are a strong believer in the blockchain and its top 20 coins, then why wouldn’t you invest in them with just one coin?

The minimum of 0.5 ETH (because of high network fee of the smart contract) is not a fee, but your invested amount for STC on which you will get at 5% discount when you use your STCDR Tokens. You can always sell (after the ICO) your STC through the smart contract via the web page against ETH.

STCDR are used to buy the underlying STC at 5% discount.

please let me clarify your statements:

In regards to STCDR:
The text on the airdrop page clearly stated, that STCDR is a drawing right, where participants can buy the underlying STC Token at 5% discount.

In regards to fees:
During the airdrop, we made three statements:
1) send gas fee
2) wait till end
3) we can not guarantee delivery if we were not able to verify the data (case 1).

In short, we did send a lot STCDR without gas fee but it seems that some are affected by 3). From a participants perspective it made hardly sense to save 25 cents to avoid verification of data but it looks like some did take that risk.

By investing in STC you can profit from the Crypto market development. if you think that Crypto is the future, the you are good to go. Otherwise, you do not need to swap and hodl STCDR for later use.

We try to understand your reaction. 

Bounties stopped on 21.10.2018, on that date the total supply on Etherscan was 2.8 million.
1% of this has been reserved for our different bounty programs.

Giving the fact, that our own bounty campaigns haven’t been effective during the ICO at all, we engaged professional bounty providers.
With their professional and supportive help, we increased our conversion rate dramatically.
The professional bounty providers have been paid from the available total bounty pool as well.

Additionally, the nature of the project implies, that the amount reserved for bounty is based on sold tokens and can never be on total supply from the smart contract.
