I also not believe for Hydro airdrop but fill form and then sell for 1600) Who know maybe we will earn something,hope.

Simply, when you accuse someone of scam, the reasons must be given.

Friend do you have proof of this? trust me i know there are a lot of airdrop scams, but small amount of they real ones like UNI. I'm not 100% sure that this is not a scam,but I decided to share with others whether it is your choice to participate or not. Moreover, no one asks to send 0.03 eth as they usually do, or am I wrong? Questions is hard so who knows.
I also reluctantly registered in the Hydro airdrop two years ago and did not hope for a big jackpot ... but it was not bad.

Well, I hope it will be at least like UNI) I just calculate 400x7= 2800  

I do not know where you got the price of $7 per token, because my calculations show that the price during pre-sale is about $0.0473 (ETH price $473)
So 400*$0.0473=$18.92

For me, this project looks like startup with great potential.
However, links to the Whitepaper and profiles of people from the dev team should be fixed.

I just saw information about this airdrop, and honestly did not check how much the token costs. And I'm not part of the team for this project, I just shared it with you. Perhaps it will be $ 18 as you say, and if we get it and earn it, it will also be good. Also they say that listing price can will be 7,not very hard to believe but it will be seen. Sorry that i cant check presale price,but  i try earn something.
And if you look at the questions that need to be answered, then I hardly believe that for serious knowledge in the area on which such a modest airdrop will give questions(and even more so not everyone will answer correctly, and I'm not sure about that either).But maybe now there is a crisis ...

Indeed, on Twitter they gave the price of $7 as the listing price, but in this form, clearly as the pre-sale price is 1 ETH = 10000 UBF

They now announce on a telegram that the listing price is $22, so from airdrop you can get $8800  Come on! Let's get back to earth!
They want to sell project tokens that do not have Whitepaper, the dev team is just photos, and they keep announcing a different token price. They don't even have their own email.
The only thing that works is a website that even a 12-year-old could have done and social media channels where there is no valuable information.
Lots of red flags.
