Not fewer than 75 bokoharams just released into society after claiming of their rehabilitation, , reintegration and deradicalization with training acquisition.
How sure are we that these set of people will not indulge in such act again because it is very difficult to change adult mentality compare to the infant

It's hard to say. Many terrorists who are released in Israel go on to continue their activities.

I do not think that such people will change. Perhaps it is necessary to tighten the punishment so that they are afraid later to engage in terrorism. It is a pity for innocent people who die at the hands of terrorists.
