I think the hate isn't because the coin itself is not doing great in price, it is doing fine actual, that is not the main reason at all. The main reason is that there was a lot of news about binance buying swipe all together and basically using that as their debit card system, this way binance will have a card where people could use their binance (swipe by the looks but binance main company) accounts and that would allow binance to have even more money and remove the need to cash out when paying for something.
This way binance could have more money and people assumed binance would do everything to make it work and get it done as quickly as possible. When people see that binance is not rushing anything and taking it very slow, they realized maybe they invested into something wrong. That is what we are seeing right now and that's the hate for, it is towards binance.
