I also see the video. It's really amazing. Faceter is the first decentralised servelince system.we can improve the face detection by using this platform.And this platform will help us by give more security.

Good question since not all artificial intelligence implements machine learning hence not trainable. If it is, that is a huge feat. This could really help in solving crimes and prevent unauthorized entries  in companies if ever the latter will implement this.

There is a well advanced Faceter technology artificial intelligence we can utilize but how about the voice mechanisms along with the computer vision surveillance technology powered by fog network of miners.

Sound system is not really required when you have a functionaning camera surveillance . That's all you need to have a proof of security ,you are not spying on people to need sound.

I didn't want to say that negative use cases outweigh the positive use cases in any way. It was just a side note that this type of technology possibly leads society into a new era of surveillance. At the same time it can massively increase security for all of us. But why do you talk about colleges and banks here in particular?

"Face" it is not a coin it is a token. And that token is a heart of a whole Faceter ecosystem.
It will be used to create smart contracts and exchange it for a license authorizing to use the Faceter system and the token will be a remuneration for data processing miners. Wisit Facerer web page to see diagram how it will be done and why blockchain and token is very important in this project.

Is this true? If its then we can say they have already proccess of their project and you're right that they need more budget to make it a version for mass consumers to provide all the needs.

Well, attracting investors is really hard especially these days due to many ICO are only good at start and will only runaway the funds. Hoping this platform will really have a good intentions so and must be active when there are problems regarding the ICO.
