Well, let me add that renting your PC, GPU to Faceter will be twice as profitable as mining Ethereum and 5 times better than mining Monero. And it should be added that these cameras will record a non-stop video signal so the work for miners will be almost unlimited.

Well, is it too early to ask that question now? The faceter project is still in ico phase and might take some time before it release. I think the best thing to do now is to help the project become successful.

At the end of this year, Faceter should have already released beta versions and a move will start from that moment.
Governments and business will probably be interested in the alpha version, with all the additions that Faceter is planning.
We should expect this full release after mid-2019.
Anyway, for such big players, such tools are invaluable in the fight against terrorism.

most people are really lazy to read long texts describing projects. Therefore, the video presentation is always very well received by people, I hope the developers will think about it.

Creating a video presentation needs good content about the project.. and also the editing part takes time. But it'll be worth it on the long run, because the members will just see the video if they want to have full details about the project.

yes I agree with your opinion of course CCTV has some drought, this project is very lucky to be able to issue ideas that can be very useful and also I am sure that this project will be much enjoyed by everyone.

The community can slowly build up and will be mainly helpful for miners who want to take part in this project.
Marketing and sale of licenses will be taken by companies that already operate on this market.
