Half of this amount has already been raised. It's only about 2.5 million dollars, which is not much for such a project with such terms.

With reaching the softcap the project can continue, but if it don't most of the time they will try it again later. Happend once with me i had a few coins, but they didn't reach the softcap. There is also a other way if they fail to reach the softcap. They can extend it.

The main advantage for me is the fact that Gifcoin team organized their ICO well, super understandable whitepaper, they even wrote short bio about the team, and of course already working platform, we won’t wait until they will collect money and will start developing, it’s already there. But my loss is gifcoins profit. and 80% of the profit will be distributed to the tokenholders. So I get back a part. crazy new world :-)
