I have 3 ETH and i want to buy some Waves and hold it for long time. Which will be the best option? Buying Waves or Hold ETH!

It's better to keep your ethereum, because ethereum is stronger and better in price increases than waves. But the end result depends on your own, if you feel confident in waves, you can sell a little of your ethereum to buy waves.

In fact, Waves is an advanced analog of Etherium. The platform makes ICO affordable for the masses and has several advantages over Etherium:

· Easy to use - on Waves you can release your own tokens in a few clicks without complicated programming.

· Security and convenience-users store assets in the local client, not trusting the centralized intermediary. At the same time, they can exchange them on the embedded exchange.

· Built-in decentralized exchange - more convenient, as it is inside the platform and does not require the transfer of funds. More resistant to hacker attacks, because it is decentralized.

· High transaction speed - now Waves provides more than 100 transactions per second. There is a planned output of 1000. The bandwidth of the ether on peak days was about 90 transactions per second, in ordinary - half as much.

But the marketing policy of Waves is quite different, that's why Waves will never be better than Etherium

You would make to a greater extent a higher rate purchasing a bigger number of Waves than purchasing 3 ETH. Waves will probably triple or even 10X, where as ETH may just twofold, best case scenario this year. Simply my supposition. In case you're searching for a short to medium term money out I would recommend waves. ETH is strong however and improbable to lose its hold as one of the best 5 coins. Waves is great long haul hodl as well as it won't just ascent in cost yet in addition pays something like a profit for holding.

ETH and Waves are good crypto projects but if your objective is to get fast profits , waves is better, just look at the market caps of those coins and you will understand what I say, invest in waves now and get your rewards in the future when a lot more people begin to use waves instead of centralized exchanges.

Of course ETH, Waves already exists for a long time, but most of the icos are on the ETH platform! Besides, Waves is a Russian project which I wouldn't trust

Russian or not, the blockchain is launched and nothing can stop it.
The Waves team always delivered the products and they following the roadmap really nice.

Most ICO are on ETH because of it renown and because of Smart Contract. But Smart Contracts are also coming on Waves.

Ethereum and Waves are both good and have a potential. But for me I rather choose to Hold is Ethereum. The Ethereum community is stronger than waves. Just like bitcoin nowadays.

In my opinion, you should choose ETH and keep them because it has a greater potential than waves a lot. Waves are not even in the top 20, though I know that it also has potential values but I think you should keep the ETH. The development of ETH in recent times is very good, the number of supporters of it is increasing. Of course you can still trade waves to make more profit

Both good coins to hold. But Eth's marketcap is huge, means if it runs, it wont make your investment double in a short period of time. Whereas Waves still has big room for growth and could give you better profits than Etherium.

As my view ETH is more sure than waves. But as a potential power to double your investment, waves is much more than ETH. my opinion is divide your investment to both and then invest in both. it's the method to get benefits of both and low risk.

Waves is one of the most important competitors for ETH, but recently its growth has slowed down (as Waves itself is facing competition from some of the newer alts). Still, I would advise you to sell 5% to 20% of your ETH stash to purchase Waves.

And another question - was there at least one successful project held at Waves? I have not heard of such.

The risk that will be encountered when participating in Waves ICO is the Waves platform script is not original. This is because, one of the superior features in Waves called "Colored Coins" is copy and paste from the NXT blockchain platform.
And the site's ICO Waves Platform securities are pretty ugly.

but there is one feature of the function that special is Waves will support the exchange of world currencies such as Dollar, Euro, Pounds Sterling, Yen, etc. then backed by financial institutions that are subject to the provisions of KYC (Know Your Customer) and AML (Anti Money Laundering). Something special like this can not be found in any cryptocurrency.
And so far the founders of waves no negative issue issues as long as they work and contribute.
But to just see how the potential waves ico the future, there is no harm in investing a bit your eth to waves who knows it pump, see the price of crypto that tend to fluctuate.

In my opinion its better to hold a eth because the price of eth in a coming years will growing up and theres many investors holding it in longtermway and theres many investors become rich because of eth.for me eth is theres a big chance to grow up the price because of investors hodling so that for me if i have a eth i will hold it in longterm way.

Waves platform is a good technology. They have been launched a new product called Waves NG.
They claimed can process thousands of transactions per minute. Faster than Ethereum Platform. So if you believe in Waves, its good time to buy.

I think it is better to hold ethereum than trying to buy some waves. Actually, both of them are giving good buying chances in these times, so buying is not so hard as like in the near past. I think ethereum is much more precious than waves.
