Hi all,

I'm looking to recruit a person or team who can develop state of the art mining rigs. I'm not sure if this is the best place to start looking but I also want the community to get acquainted. My goal is to provide the best quality hardware and to constantly increase manpower to correlate with demand so that our customers get their products relatively quickly. I want to hire honest, hardworking employees who are ready to put their all into this. I'm going to focus on giving my customers exactly what they want, within reasonable limits. For example, I'm not going to try and look for shortcuts or for ways to save money on material if I know that the quality of my product will be affected. Also, I'm going to take care of my employees and make sure they are paid well with decent schedules. I believe that if I try my best to do right by everyone that I'll create the most productive environment.

I'm looking for computer engineers in or near New York, preferably those who are currently or recently from a high scale university (ie MIT, NYU) or perhaps from a company that deals with making computer hardware (also people who may already actually be associated with a mining rig development business). I'm not against people who aren't from big name institutions but my rationale behind this is twofold: first, the publicity would help us get our name out there, second, customers will attribute the quality of our educational backgrounds to our products. I'm putting a large amount of money into this because I truly believe I can make it work with the right people. I'll reward the people who start out with me extremely well for believing in my post and helping me start along this journey. The person I'm looking for should be willing to work extremely hard with me, initially putting in many hours to do what it takes to get this company going. This is not for someone who sees this as a way to get rich quick but rather for those who understand that this is going to be a tough process that will require a huge amount of dedication. I know you are out there somewhere. Let's make this happen. PM me.

According to NIST and ECRYPT II, the cryptographic algorithms used in Bitcoin are expected to be strong until at least 2030. (After that, it will not be too difficult to transition to different algorithms.)
