I purchased a miner for them before I did much research. After reading a similar thread to this I decided I should ask for a refund. They refunded me about 24 hours after my request. To me this shows legitimacy. If they were planning to scam I doubt they would be willing to refund customers. So I've done a bit more research and I have talked to them on the phone. They sounded extremely professional and knowledgeable about BTC and mining, from what I could tell. Although they have a private WHOIS, I know that many registrars and hosting providers offer private WHOIS as a "bonus" for free, so I don't think this is too much of a problem. I think I am going to purchase a Beta miner from them and hope for the best.

This is just my two cents though, I would suggest you do your own research before making a decision.

They do have very good prices, but not a REAL picture of one
Any person can learn SolidWorks and make it look like real, but I know it's not

When and IF they produce then I'd even consider getting the 2.2T
It could be a long time before that happens...mostly like other ASIC OEM's miners on this
site.
Sell the miners and run them for ROI for themselves and then give the "used"
miner to the buyer months later. I'm NOT supporting those peoples.
Prepay and pray scammers!. Its really the prepayers that made this happen, most companys
get a loan and make items to sell, well we do know who really made the big coin thanks to BlockChain!
And we do know about the "hidden" address's the pools have.

collinminingco - Do you have details of your conversation with them (refund request etc.)?

I also purchased from them - disregarding the scam alerts on this forum - after noticing what looked like active participation from SwiftMiner to engage and offer up proof of legitimacy.  However, it's been 3 days now, and still no response from them regarding the details of my delivery originally scheduled for "March".  I requested more information to determine whether or not I should expect shipment in mid/late March a - a reasonable request given mining profitability depends on how fast you can get hashing.

This morning I put in a request for a refund.  After that I did some more research, and it looks like:
1) They have also been removed from https://en.bitcoin.it/wiki/Mining_hardware_comparison .
2) Still no company location listed on their home page in the Contact Us / About Us sections.
3) The Facebook, and Twitter feeds haven't been updated since they launched.

I'll post an update if I receive any communication from them, but in the meantime, BUYER BEWARE.  Seems really scammy at this point.

To know that site legit or not you can follow these methods given below:
You can read user reviews, problems, their quires, responses and rating about the site in http://webutation.net

You can also do a whois search in the site WhoisXY.com  and know the owner, technical, administrative contact details etc.. you can use the phone number or email id which you get in whois search and try to contact the person and clarify your doubts.

If the site has SSL certificate it is good site for transactions. SSL certificate enabled site looks like https://paypal.com.

Definitely a scam. How you guys cannot tell from the poorly placed logo on the 'products' boggles my mind. Why you would even consider a site like this also boggles my mind.
