I guess user 'bramvnl' got hacked, he is suddenly trying to sell everything, and the reply I got from him was in terrible dutch, nowhere near his usual posts.

Be carefull trading with him now.

Transactions must be included in a block to be properly completed. When you send a transaction, it is broadcast to miners. Miners can then optionally include it in their next blocks. Miners will be more inclined to include your transaction if it has a higher transaction fee.

Hack confirmed in IRC:

13:10 <bramvnl> ik zit met een probleem
13:10 (Soepkip) vertell
13:11 <bramvnl> iemand heeft mijn bitcointalk account gehackt
13:11 <bramvnl> nu heeft hij iets verkocht onder mijn account voor 1.1 btc en die gozer heeft zelfs een skype gesprek gehad met de koper
13:11 <bramvnl> en dat was ik niet
13:12 <bramvnl> en nu krijg ik dreig berichtjes
