Hello.

I have gotten a bunch of photography stuff all centering around a Nikon D3100 just a couple of months ago to have a try at photography, but unfortunately it has proven to be a failure with me so I am considering selling it all off.

These are the following items, and listed are their conditions. I am not selling items individually. Buy all or none. Selling for 5 BTC or best reasonable offer. Place offers below.

Good photos can not be taken of the camera because this is the only good camera I have.

Camera & Camera Specific Accessories:

1 Nikon D3100 body WITH CAP - CONDITION: Like new, with the exception of some minor scratches on the dial. The scratches are not noticeable unless if looked at closely, and are a result of other objects in the bag it was stored in scratching on the surface. - 1835 Shutter Actuations as of last week (Expected lifespan is 20,000-100,000)
1 Nikon EN-EL14 Lithium Ion Battery - CONDITION: PERFECT. Came with the camera.
1 Nikon MH-24 Battery Charger -  CONDITION: Like new, few surface scratches. Came with the camera.
1 SanDisk 32GB SDHC Class 4 SD Card -  CONDITION: PERFECT. Bought it separately, off of amazon when I bought the camera.
1 6-ft Remote Shutter Release Cable w/Locking Bulb mode For The D3100

Lenses:
1. Nikon AF-S Nikkor 18-70MM 3.5-4.5 G ED Lens WITH CAP - CONDITION: GOOD, Some scratches can be seen. Some minor particles of dust inside can be seen, as expected with all zoom lenses. OPTICAL QUALITY: Prestine
1. Vivitar 85-205MM 3.8 MACRO FOCUSING AUTO ZOOM VINTAGE F-Mount LENS WITH ORIGINAL VIVITAR LENS CAP.  NO. 22540871 CONDITION: Absolutely pristine, NO DUST, NO FUNGUS, Lens is CRYSTAL CLEAR. No oil on diaphragm. OPTICAL QUALITY: Prestine

Filters:
1 PROMASTER POLARIZER FILTER. $44.99 RETAIL STICKER STILL ATTACHED.
1. GENERIC UV FILTER
1. NEEWER INFRARED IR950 FILTER

All filters are 67MM threading for the 18-70MM Nikkor.

I will ship from South Florida after I receive a message from the escrow (John K) that the payment has been received. Shipping fees will have to be paid in advance without escrow or you can buy your own shipping label and send it to me for printing.

Upon shipment, I will record an in-depth video of all the items for sale whilst at the post office, including the packaging and sealing process as well as me handing the box to the employee using my iPhone for Escrow evidence of a legitimate transaction. Scammers beware.

There are several different types of Bitcoin clients. The most secure are full nodes like Bitcoin Core, which will follow the rules of the network no matter what miners do. Even if every miner decided to create 1000 bitcoins per block, full nodes would stick to the rules and reject those blocks.

Raise it to 5 BTC and you have a deal. I will package it very safely in bubble wrap.  (Have experience selling online.)

Do you have any pictures of the equipment?

Yes, I realize how silly it sounds to ask to take pictures of a camera!

I'm sorry. I do not have much. I can take photos with my iPhone, but the quality will be low.

Maybe I can find a few photos of it that I took using my old Nikon D70 before I sold that one.

I will let you know. (Searching for them now.)

I could also list this stuff on ebay for you if you don't get what you want. Perfect seller rating:

iPhone photos and a good picture in a mirror (no flash) with camera blocking your face and a shoe on your head would probably be satisfactory to most potential buyers

I have located some of my pictures in a CraigsList Barter ad I put up a few weeks ago. I apologize the resolution can not be better.

Here is the URL: https://post.craigslist.org/manage/3942594623/fy7k7

Here are the photos:

(The iPhone in this photo is ALSO for sale. PM me)

These photos were taken using a Nikon D70 and the Vivitar Vintage lens that is included with this deal.

Unfortunately, None of the accessories were pictured at the time. The camera body DOES have an OEM Nikon neck strap, but it is not pictured. (AT the time, the neck strap was attached to the Nikon D70 used to capture the photos.

Looks like an interesting option for me. I am just uncertain about how we can go about doing the transactions in a secure manner. Maybe you escrow the BTC, and release them after an eBay buyer buys and receives the camera?

Edit: https://dl.dropboxusercontent.com/u/3676711/_DSC1431.NEF Here is a RAW of the most recent picture I took with the camera. A quick photo of the lens caps on top of my laptop. (Do note that this is an undeveloped/unprocessed raw image file, so it is expected for the contrast/white balance to look unsatisfactory)

I'd have to go from paypal (basically required at this point for items other than 'Heavy Construction Equipment'. Then I would need to buy BTC - I'll be verified on coinbase in two more days and should be able to get instantly from then on.

If I made the listing (with your full input) you could fulfill it and provide me a tracking number. If we ensure only verified buyers, I we would be completely covered for any potential loss.

What is the background on this stuff? Is that an asset number I see taped onto it?

I see. So, I guess I would just have to trust you? I will consider it if the other person does not accept my 5 BTC offer.

Also, The red label is just my Phone Number and First Name. Smiley It was printed with a 1980's label maker that I was given. Tongue That is why it looks strange.

The label comes off very easily.

There isn't any background to it. Tongue

Nice way of trying to ask if its stolen, I have to trust that I wouldn't get negative feedback - or worse =P

Excellent. We can start the ebay auction at 5.5 BTC equivalent if OP is interested.

Okay. Alright.

Also realize that the lens it has is better than the Kit lens that the D3100 comes with. It's got a metal construction while the Kit Lens is plastic. Furthermore, It's got more focal length and better overall quality, as well as ED glass. Things not seen in the 18-55 MM Kit Lens that the D3100 comes with if bought from Nikon.

Here is KenrockKenWell's Excellent review of the lens. http://www.kenrockwell.com/nikon/1870.htm

Hmm. Sure. Let's start it. If this person (sorry, I don't know your name) choses to buy for 5 BTC, I will have to accept as this way it is certain that I will get paid, while the other way it is only if someone on eBay wants it.

Haha. Rest assured none of it is stolen. Tongue I can provide receipts for most of the things if you want, including the camera body. (Many things were purchased via BitSumo and BitSpend)

Looking good. Although had I known you were putting it up today, I would have gone all out with writing a ebay specific description and taking better photos. Tongue

Actually, as it is is fine. Tongue

Anyways. I have decided I will wait one week starting today. If anyone purchases the camera on eBay within the week. It is theirs. Otherwise, I will sell it to the first person here to pay John K the escrowed funds.
