My picks would definitely not all be below top 20. I'd start with ADA (Cardano) and TRX. Aside from those 2, I'd probably keep a small amount of my portfolio between BTC/ETH. Rest I would try to find new ICOs coming out...

I'm going to break your first rule because the coin is so under valued. I would put 1/3rd into NEO. It is a better version of ETH, projects are leaving ETH to build on NEO. Neo wants regulation in place and is working hand in hand with the Chinese government. China will be the the first country to full embrace crypto as a party of everyday life (Wabi has started already). Neo is $150 USD ETH 1150, both have 100 mill coins, NEO is faster and free transactions. Could overtake ETH in 2019. (crazy talk but I think it has a good chance)

If i have $7500 i will buy EOS for $5000, $1000 for buy ada coin/ Cardano and $1000 will be invested into ICOs and the rest of funds will be used for reserve, due to six months later the blockchain of EOS will be launched and in 2018 ada coin/Cardano will many projects be built on there, the reason i will make investment in ICOs due to usually we can take the profit from there around three months, it is easy way for get the money in my experience. ICO are risky so a lower part of your portfolio should be into risk, holding to BTC is the best long term investment.

If I have that amount I would by them Eth and Waves because I really loved these two altcoins due to it has a brighter future. That is whay I'm holding em in a long term which I knew that it will increase more than 1000%

If I have $7,500, I will decide to invest in altcoins, namely Ethereum and Ripple, as they are the two cryptos I think are the most likely in the altcoins. Also, I will spend 30% of that money to invest in potential ICOs because that is the fastest way to be able to x10, x20 money invested.

If you have 7500 usd and willing to hold it for 5 months, then research on an ICO that has potential for a good future prospect and invest the money in. By five months time, it would have been on an exchange and you resell for btc back . HOpe you can double your capital with this strategy.

If I have that amount of money, i will use it to buy some cheap coin that just entered to the market so i get cheap price and the token should has huge potential, like Bitdegree, Utrust, Gatcoin. These token will be going up by multiple in the long term because the price below $1 and has strong fundamental.

as the saying goes, do not put the eggs in one container, for that if I have $ 7500, I will buy some altcoin type with the allocation percentage according to the potency of each altcoin. For this time I prefer bitcoin, monetha, spectre.ai, and paypro (you can see in my signature).
