Why Bitconnect is still available on Coinmarketcap and other exchanges?

Bitconnect shut down its cryptocurrency exchange and lending service this week. It's a scam. But, still it is available on the marketplace. Why this is happening? People are being scammed by investing on this. 

Some said there other still buy it so they still let it on marketplace.

I guess it take some time for bitconnect to be delisted from these websites. There must be a schedule and notify the exchanges’ users before delisting coins.

Because there is  upcoming ICOs of the old bitconnect scam,they will just rebrand and re-launch the ponzi scheme that rekt most of the investors.

I think Bitconnect is too big and expensive project, to close and deceive everyone, most likely these are temporary difficulties that will soon be overcome.

This may appear to be new to a lot of the coin investors on this forum, those scams happen once in a while.
They use different techniques but still a scam nonetheless. I wouldn't invest in it now or years from now if it's still on an exchange.
