this might not be the appropriate place to ask this question but since i'm a new comer , i didn't know where else suits it more .

yesterday i was looking through bitmit.net and i found some deals claiming that they'd give you more paypal credit than you pay them in BTC , i'll send their links below , they seem legit and they have positive reviews and escrow and all , does anyone know why they would make such deal ?
also is it possible for paypal to somehow revert the funds or ban my account if i buy from them ?

here are the links

https://www.bitmit.net/en/item/50562-wholesale-escrow-150-usd-to-paypal-usually-in-minutes-hours
https://www.bitmit.net/en/item/49591-escrow-paypal-250-no-fee-international

thank you.
