It's been 18 days, and no reaction

Perhaps there is a reasonable waiting time for a response from the administrators of the forum?

I just want to unlock my account. I did not violate the rules of the forum.
Only changed the password using a secret word.

Why such injustice?

My understanding is that there's currently a huge backlog of accounts which need to be recovered as there's a lot of them waiting several months for their account to be recovered. It'll likely be just as long for you. Check out the other threads in meta and you might get some sort of estimation by the accounts which have been recovered.

A blocked account has not been subscribed to a BTC address, this is the problem...
Otherwise, I would use the standard scheme for removing the block) and would not bother with admins

With  blocked account, I participated in several bounty-companies, and there was everywhere indicated at the registration only one Etherum wallet

AFAIK, the only way to prove your ownership by signing message !
But nowadays , moderator seems a bit seldom to recover account as you can see many account from Jan 2018 still not recover yet !

This method was suggested to me on my local forum, and of course there are no guarantees that it will help. But I'm still trying.

Well, in general - the Administrators responded to private messages, Russian - xandry and local - mprep.
Just xandry and advised to indicate the connection of the account with Facebook, and create a topic in this section. But it was quite a long time ago)

I understand that administrators do not have time, and it is all the more strange to me that there are no automatic forms for recovery.

I suppose there is very little chance your account will be restored. I'm sure they are flooded with requests and most will likely not be restored.
