This project is indeed very impressive, if all information about the project is true then it's good for a prospective investor. All the same, I would keep researching more about it, but so far it's a big thumbs up

In my experience over the past two months in the majority of cases it has been better for the investor to buy after the token hits the exchange, rather than participate in the ICO. What makes this ICO viable as an investment in this phase rather than when it hits exchanges?

Investing at this time is not possible anymore because tokensale is ended since weeks. But you can still buy tokens when it is being listed on the exchanges. |

No there is no limitation to the region's or counties that can participate in the token sale although this is already ended. Catch it when it is listed on exchanges hopefully that time even cheaper. |
