Well I think the fact that AKAIITO is functioning as a utility token then it's safe, the legal problems are mostly encountered with the securities, buh anyways every country has its own legal regulations |

Market situation is definitely not so optimistic, but we have discussed the situation with our consultants, who are professional in price prediction of crypto currencies and their vision is that price will start to climb from April. So we believe in bright future. With all due respect for your professional consultants, in crypto everything is possible and when you think about the last long bear market many believers didn't expect it to take so long until enthusiasm increases again. Nobody can know for sure what's going to happen next. To be honest, it was for many a surprise when bitcoin flew up in December. It most likely was done on the hipes by the big whales that earned it. Therefore I think that the stable growth will be in the near future. But I'm not sure what for a long time. And there will be more surprises down the road, that's for granted. What do they look like? I don't know and no expert in the world knows for sure. Maybe if a consortium of whales meets privately, they might know what the next move will look like but that's it. Regulators also have a word, but I don't see crypto consultancy professionals to have any edge over others. If they had, they wouldn't run this project but instead trade the hell out of the market. What comes to experts and consultants, then I would say, that they have a bit more deeper vision than we are. I mean price development consultants. They are not working on Akaiito permanently, they are consulting us in their area of expertise and their main work is trading and analysing the market and price development. But as I said already earlier, even though their predictions are based on deeper knowledge and analyses, it is still only forecasting, which can turn out right or wrong. At least you are honest when it comes to the ability of your analysts. I can tell you that many professional analysts have been wrong over the course of the last few years, although they tried to give their best predictions. Let us see how this is going to work. I am open for all concepts and I am happy to have them convince me. |

From now until April 18 the time is long soft cap of Akaiito is only 1250 ETH , we do not have to worry about the cap. Almost projects work normally when they have enough the soft caps. |

Well I think the fact that AKAIITO is functioning as a utility token then it's safe, the legal problems are mostly encountered with the securities, buh anyways every country has its own legal regulations Yes, it varies from country to country. And as for the fiat as a mean to be used on the platform, I think it can reach far more users conoared if it is for cryptocurrency only. However, users may incur some costs which will be a hassle so we better wait if it will be integrated by the team or not. |

AKAIITO has a great goal and will surely be interested. Do not look at the new market down but with full confidence will certainly not disappoint.
AKAIITO will still support multy currency so it will be more useful.
It is very important now not to get fooled by market situation and not to get scared of it. Even drop periods has own pluses! Yes, we will support multi currencies, so that won't be a problem for crypto holders to use their crypto in every day life! |

Will Akaiito platform support multi currencies in paying of the goods sold to be converted to Akaiito or just fiat money thru electronic fund transfer or just Akaiito token?
Akaiito will support multi currencies. So You can pay in any crypt currency, it will be just transferred at the moment of transaction to AIC token, so final payment for purchase will be in AIC token. Fiat possibility of payment: under discussion for the moment, we are not saying that it will be possible to pay with fiat on Akaiito, but we are not claiming opposite as well. For Beta releases it will be for sure only crypto currency, for final launch: we will see. Yeah, I understand Akaiito's side on that because the platform may heavily rely on fiat currencies once fiat get accepted which will somehow defeat the purpose of having it on the blockchain with crypto. Will wait for your update on that, whatever the decision will be. Also, given the current regulations imposed by SEC and other governing bodies, Is Akaiito compliant or ready to comply in time in any case? We are constantly following regulations situation change and collecting data and possible predictions what can happen next and in which county. As You know, blockchain industry is very fast moving, so we are open minded for the changes and we understand that most probably for the launch of platform global situation will change again. Therefore more certain guidelines and regulations of Akaiito will be released for the launch and they will get updated constantly with the change of situation. |

You are absolutely right. First of all, it is more difficult with the regulations and it can increase prices of the items for users as well, cause taxes will grow in case of using fiat, but the second thing why we doubt fiat: initial idea of Akaiito is the platform for crypto currency use in every day life. Then we would go against own strategy and idea. |
