I really do not know how to explain to you. But ICO is a worldwide fundraising project and they issue tokens, the tokens will pledge that the ICO will become more successful.

If the vision and the team of the ICO has some really well known names and experienced than you may have a good chance that you can multiply your money. If you invest in any of those ICO which is raised to make money for them self then you not make money.
