I want to transfer my dogecoins I have on dogechain.info to block.io

But when I put an block.io address to "Destination" field this happens https://image.prntscr.com/image/FfF9KA8fQeijbSVIozx4aA.png

Also the "Send Money" button is inactive.

Is there any way to recover my doge coins? What can I do?

---------

Also on block.io I can see there is a option for "Sweep coins from an external wallet address". What is that?

Please help me!

Because the address you put is invalid, check again are you allready put the right address, maybe there space after the right address, try erase that and see do the wallet address is right or not.

I checked and there are no spaces and even typed manually but still showing the same. I tried 2 different addresses and it is still saying " Please specify a valid recipient address." & "Send money" button is inactive.

I want to do that. But I don't know how. I downloaded a .pdf file which is supposed to be the paper wallet.

I also asked what is the "SWEEP" thing on block.io in my first post. Can you please help on this matter?

Thank you very much. I am going to try that.

But which wallet service to use to keep my coins securely. On http://dogecoin.com/ I can see a MultiDoge wallet is there. Is that safe?

Also on block.io I read that they are using some kind of multisig wallet and that can be the reason for not recognizing the wallet.

Coinomi is a quick option for using dogecoin on the go.
You can easily import the private keys and get started.
But it doesn't have a desktop app.

If you insist for a desktop wallet, multidoge is an option.
