Tactics When Market is Falling

Hi all,
I am a relative newbie but have remained pretty calm during the difficult last week or so. The markets are falling significantly again, is this still relatively normal and is the best advice just to HODL? Moving forward I think I will set stop losses on all holdings to protect my capital against falls like this.

If you do have a trust and confidence in your alternative coin you are hodling, then continue to hodl because sooner or later, you will be rewarded to your loyalty to that altcoin, but if you failed to know this coin, you just bought it because your friend says you to do so, do not expect to have gain when you hodl it until market will boom again, depending if your friend is an expert when it comes to this kind of alternative coin investigation potentiality.

Falls like this is a great opportunity to invest on some potential altcoin, imagine if you invest 1 eth in one altcoin and the bitcoin price bleeds green again and the altcoin that you have invested gains 100% then you now have 2 eth, but it depends on you if you grab this kind of opportunity.

If you have balls then it is better if you will hold your coins. Most of the successful traders have the characteristics of strong hand trader. We should have self confidence for us to not worry even the cryptocurrency market is falling.

When it is falling, a lot of people will ask you to buy or to hold, but you should look for the reasons why the price is falling, if its caused by usual correction then holding or buying is already correct, but if you found something suspicious, like the coin developer want to scammed people or there are weakness in the coin, then you should sell, investing in alt coin need patience and need a strong mind

When market is falling just hold your coin a little bit longer then observe a few months. Because Crypto is always changing maybe this week is going down but next week or maybe next months is coming up big. There's only one tactic when market goes down lol. Just buy more and more and more cryptocurrencies. And then you wait until the market goes up again before you sell. Then get your profit

I would say buy when there is panic and sell when there is hype and yeah making stop losses is a good idea I do it aswell.

That's right still calm if you feel nervous and panic at the same time your investing here will go nothing so always hold all your coins then sell it in high actually when i'm newbie like you i always scared to do invest here in crypto but now that i already know what can happen here like the price go really high in just 1 week or more and i see it this september,november,december i feel confident now.

I agree,  since I am the same when I really don't havr any idea about  cryptocurrency.  At first I am having doubt on investing since I saw at that time tha the market is falking.  But after a week or month I saw it grow.  So I said to myself that I will invest and hold my coin until the market grows up.  Its just we need to wait and havr patience with it to avoid mistakes.
