Yeah basic of investment when market price is falling do not sell or get panic that the system will end. It has proven already from the pioneering investors here of bitcoin and relatively all they will say is that bitcoin is dead for so many times but it never happened that it ended. It is just another fluctuation and that is normal. So now if market price falls then market tactic is to sell and buy again if market price could still go down. The markets are falling significantly again, is this still relatively normal and is the best advice just to HODL? Moving forward I think I will set stop losses on all holdings to protect my capital against falls like this.

Always do research and see to it that you are investing in the right project, never buy on top, don't FOMO and if price still keeps dropping, you may opt to put stop loss if you don't wanna be a bag holder or buy more and average down.

I think the most effective way inorder to keep our investment safe from any falling of market is hold for long term and the target amount to be reached before selling it.

Divide your trade deposit into 8-15 parts. And in each coin, go to 1 part of the deposit. Immediately after the purchase, place an order to sell + 5..10% profit. You can also split it into parts. For example, part of the purchased coins sell at 5% profit. Then the part is sold at 10% profit. And the balances, for example, are 20% profit. And if the price first rose, and then goes down, sell at a profit of 5-10% Trade only promising coins.

However cut loss is part of the strategy. But the problem is we do not really know what will happen.
But we can learn from the past, that a great increase will certainly be followed by a balanced correction.
And maybe that will apply until whenever.

First thing first don't panic, and buy good coins at a cheap price, here is what I do, I buy coins which are down more than BTC, like BTC down 5% and due to BTC downtrend altcoins also goes down. So that's the only tactic that I live and will definitely get maximum results.

I only have one percent of my holdings left from the original ATH in January, basically I was just holding and holding and the value died.
