This guy is probably creating brand new accounts and faking deals with himself. None of the accounts that have supposedly traded with him actually show any reference link to any published article that definitively proves this guy's services are genuine.
Please be extremely cautious when dealing with this individual. Also make use of a reputable escrow service when dealing with this person.

Between the retaliatory ratings and unproven legitimacy, I would be hard-pressed to believe that this user is anything but a scammer.
