I would suggest you increase the minimum requirement to obtain a loan to remain on the safe side.
I made a similar mistake last year and have over 2 BTC on defaults and its a large amount considering today's Bitcoin price.

Another thing I would suggest is never accept collateral's that cannot be liquidated easily/quickly.
I haven't been following this forum for quite some time now so I don't think I am currently best suited to list some good/bad collateral examples but there's a very detailed explanation by Vod in this sticky thread.

10k TTC might be worth ~$25 ATM but things change quickly in the crypto space these days.

After a couple of hrs someone want this alt loan offer,makes a request and without Op posting here,we have a transaction (deal) quoted from the borrower.

Exactly this came to my mind as well when i first read this thread. 
But, to be honest, who with a Hero Member account would risk his reputation for 25$? That makes no sense.

So maybe there actually is a usecase for Tittiecoins (i didn't investigate this by myself)? Something like an online casino accepting these coins?

I am just guessing... he probably loaned it to himself.

I know and I'm convinced that the coins are for sale. The collateral is how he wants them paid for.

It's either that or the tried and tested collateral scam.

The vouch knows he is safe. If the rest of the "loans" go south, not his problem and his account is left scratch free.

Low sending fees and fast transfer is why i chose TTC. It is on some exchanges and can easily be traded for BTC

The amount sent does not seem to be 10k to me, as far as I can read it (correct me if I'm wrong)
EDIT: Something weird is happening, it now shows up as 10k to me

This still seems likely to be alts playing with each other though.
