I am not defending them. It was a stupid strategy and worse, it is just a distraction from the main problem: token not needed. They should have worked on their business model instead of betting on exchange hype.

I can't say that i was care much about this project. But i liked EQL coz  almost all airdprop projects form 2017-2018 already dead and this one was still alive. But how can you advise me to buy someting that already scrued it old holders. There wasn't any problem to continue the swap after migrating. they had all BEN2 tokens.
How i can buy EQL now and be sure that tomorrow they won't decide to get on another Hype-train and migrate to NEO or Ontology with 1 week terms for example  ?

I am watching crypto news every day. But i won't follow every day news for such lowCap project it's obvious. And team should know that, if they care ofcourse. Much more bigger projects making their swaps for 3+ months. To make it as safe as possible for holders. EQL team doesn't care  GL to them.

What was the point of the swap in the first place?

BEP-2 tokens do not support smart contracts, which means the new EQL token is a non-interactive token focused on simple transactions. The simplicity of BinanceChain is arguably its strength, because the less complexity, the less opportunity for something to go wrong.

To overcome that lack of interactivity projects usually enable users to swap BEP-2 tokens to a more interactive parallel coin or token. EQUAL does not.

Why would a project move to BinanceChain if it has fewer features? It makes sense when trading activity is so high the blockchain becomes a bottleneck. That was not the case for EQUAL.

The question stands. What is the purpose of the EQL BEP-2 token?

If you have a bag invested in a project that is clearly under the radar and is not listed on any top exchanges that would make a potential swap for you, you absolutely need to be constantly in touch with everything that is going on with that project.

exactly, i got butthurt too. sitting on 60k tokens which are dust now.... thx for the 3 weeks swap ....
