Which coins are most reliable, proven and have a great community?

Hi there,

I am investing in Crypto for 2 years now, started with bitcoin and then expanded to altcoin.

In my opinion it is to risky to jump on every ICO with a new flashy website, so I stick to the coins with a good track record (coinmarketcap : historical snapshot)

My pick:
Dogecoin, Myriad, Reddcoin, Feathercoin, Vertcoin, Digibyte

Are there more people with this strategy of only investing in these reliable, proven coins?
And if so what is your porfolio and why you choose these coins?

I think the most reliable and proven coin is bitcoin. Its popularity and market value are rising day by day. After of bitcoin, in my opinion, ethereum is the best coin in the term of its stable price characteristic.

DeepOnion has a great community as well, but not as established.
