Hong kong is a good place for cryptos it seems. I don't know the reason but even binance and kucoin is basing hong kong so probably it is about laws or something.

I think they have business friendly laws unlike China. It's impressive to see that almost every day there is a good news regarding Alax.

Hong Kong is an open city and is very investor friendly. I don't wonder why the ALAX team chose it as its Asian HQ, it a wise decision.Imho.

If they are able to open headquarters in there, they are doing pretty well (Hong Kong is a very expensive center)

Decent let you build dapps on top of their protocol. Honestly they have a nice technology, it's a dpos chain, fast (if I recall correctly blocktime is 5s) and with low fees. It's really undervalued imo
