When was it going to be that a2a and ste gets tradable on the exchange?

At the end of the A2A ICO.

1st of June 2018, you'll be able to trade both A2A and STE on the STeX EXCHANGE.

Thanks. How long will they sell STE on stex exchange that has 100% dividend rights? I expect them to end when STE can be freely there.. So June 1st?

they have it up until they reach a minimum of STE sold. or maybe that was before they introduced the A2A?

There's even an ad for the STE token dividend prediction calculator.  Smiley

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=8gGGg0EIU4Q

The STE calculator for those wondering:
https://stex.exchange/stecalculator

Wow. I visited https://stex.exchange/stecalculator

Your STE Purchase Price:
: ICO, 2.5 ETH for 1000 STE
: ICO middle stage, 5 ETH for 1000 STE
: ICO late stage, 9,99 ETH for 1000 STE

The price for STE goes up in a pretty drastic manner as time goes.

I guess by that time they probably have a finished product.

what would the middle stage mean though? Q2, Q3?

Perhaps the middle ICO is when the beta version is ready and the last ICO just when it's done..

that makes sense but a clear answer would be great. njords?

i just found this chart for STE dividends. posting here for safety sake. i didn't make this chart and i don't know who made it. the chart seems to assume a total supply of 100M STE, and since we can be pretty sure the total amount of STE will be substantially lower than that, then we can probably assume that the numbers in this chart will be even higher per 10.000 STE.

There is probably a possibility that it will take longer if the market continues as it has done. but on the other hand, it may also be beneficial for those who actually program and try to build something of quality.

i saw an interesting video on the current market situation yesterday: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Q0pMW1aEuFc

That video makes a lot of sense. I would not be the least bit surprised if there were people out there actively trying to sabotage crypto on behalf of the central banks, considering they look at crypto as direct competition.

i tend to agree that it's probably a bit of both. i doubt they'll be able to stop crypto. if there is a conspiracy to keep crypto down that involve a small or even larger group of people working for the banks, then they are probably paid very well to keep the prices down and all, but at the end of the day they're probably not stupid. they will see that the crypto tech is superior to current banking tech and therefor something they won't be able to win and so they just continue with their market manipulation and keeping the prices down for a while longer whilst at the same time making sure to gather as many quality tokens for themselves as possible, so that when they give the final conclusion; "apologies but crypto just can't be stopped. we recommend investing now before the prices go back up" and make a killing for when crypto really takes off.

There is that thing and at the same time when prices go down and all the hype is moving, actually the programmers can get some peace and quiet to focus on product quality. I mean sure, that there should be a nice balance there since I think that money also gives motivation to work faster, and I'm not a programmer so I hope of course the market cap goes up again, but I'm not in a hurry as I sit here gathering more and more while prices are low as in currently.

Have they specifically told which countries they are thinking or have already placed servers to date?

At the moment they don't even know if there will be a stage 2 ICO for STE - meaning those wanting to get STE (for monthly dividend payouts) should get those tokens at the STE Whitelist page: https://stex.exchange/stewhitelist

the whitepaper simply reads:

3.1 Decentralization

STeX's own cloud cluster is physically hosted in many countries to prevent the
possibility of downtime due to real-world/technological attack or failure.

that vote on "do we want an ICO for STE or not" will go on till april 12, but what do they mean by middle stage and late stage ICO?

that's true. in terms of programmers left in peace to focus on the product is a good thing, and you're absolutely right. i am accumulating as well. you won't hear me complaining about the current prices, that's for sure.

if they are serious about this middle and late stage ICO mentioned on https://stex.exchange/stecalculator then it could possibly be go on for some time. but if they vote to discountinue the ICO for STE at all then it would only be A2A.

Direct comparison with Binance, page 17 in the whitepaper.

https://i.imgur.com/UK9hhuO.png

Nice to see this posted as image. Are more direct comparisons planned? It is understandable that they have a dedicated page for Binance since Binance is the largest crypto exchange, but a top 5 crypto exchange comparison would be great.

Good idea but probably won't be for a while yet. The team is very busy with the upcoming alpha release launch March 27th - just five days from now.

Clearly. obviously nothing urgent.

right. the https://alpha.stex.exchange is already looking pretty good though. the STeX EXCHANGE design is beautiful imo. i think that was one of the things that people liked about binance was its simplicity in design and style. at least it was like that for me.

Is there new information out of the beta release?

A lot of users feel the same way. Making money is great - but at the same time it's important to focus on the actual tech itself and not just users constantly wanting the latest on their token value, so I can understand why programmers who actually care about the tech and the extraordinary possibilities it can provide to the world as a whole, sometimes get fed up hearing about price this and price that.
