Great list - all of coins from there have the chances to grow and im sure they will. Neo, Ada, Lumen , OMG ,Waves have more chances at my sight, but all depends on the market and news and it is impossible to say for 100% . any unexpected incident is able to dump altcoin badly. I would add cappasity to your list - i think it is still undervalued

10’000 USD in Envion is NOTHING. Even if they have to prove a lot, they are a serious team and most of them come from my same country. In fact, I did some deep and serious research about the team in Switzerland and they are solid. We can easily say that if they plans don’t go as expected (about dividends payouts) I could easily sell their token in February for a price that is AT LEAST 1$. I think is a safe investment and I regret I haven’t put more in it.
I have similar mindset, just mentioned it because in your title you have "1 year HODL". Having to cash out earlier on this is a very real possibility hence why I mentioned it.  |

If I were you I would sell all my tron to buy more waves. Waves is going to be best future coin.
It is working for like 2 years and there isn't huge problems to fix, we just need more icos.

tron is a very dumb project, its current price is a speculative price and does not reflect the real value. that would have to make money on it, we must wait a very long time since the high capitalization of the project will not give a high growth potential in the next 3-4 months

I think you should use your 50% asset to hold top coin, and the rest use to hold potential coin out side top 30, may be some ICO project, more profit than hold top coin because It has grown a lot over the past year  |

Some exchanger coin is good for very-very long hodling in fact you should keep it until all crypto vanish because it will keep giving you return no matter what market condition is, whether market ups or down you still make profit, KuCoin, Qash, Binance Coin, COSS, STEX (stocks.exchange) if you have lots of their coin (token) you will make very good amount of return that you can scrape for very-very long time

Binance coin doesnt give you dividends like Kucoin does. That being said between them being the number one exchange (arguably) and ongoing coin burn every quarter having BNB is a good pick long term. |

Nice portfolio. I would replace Monero with XVG or just add XVG if you have the money. They are relatively cheap now and developers are very active. I am sure XVG will play a more important role in the future and price could easily moon. Also, I would add Ardor (ARDR) as they have started their main chain at 1st of January. Currently they are sorting out some issues and will soon be much more successful. But that's only my personal opinion. Good luck! I am sure you will soon have the money for your house. |

your portfolio is so good. However, I think that you have choosed a too safe strategy when buy hold over 10 coins. it is not a wise decision. my opinion is that the portfolio just should have about 5 coins.

Still, i have some suggestions. If you invested in the ICO of Cardano & Tron, sell most of them now. They will likely drop even more. Since i believe 2018 will be the year of decentralized exchanges and developer-focused coins, i highly recommend to buy Bitshares, Komodo, Quantum and maybe Lisk. |
