Yes, they have 24/7 support now, but why there is no staff in thread to answer our questions, it is a serious issue, do they only spend time on the site, but don't care about here. 

Last time my bet was also cancelled cos the bet was over the 2.5btc bet limit, I bet 5btc so they refunded my 2.5btc, only accepted 2.5btc there.

What is your login name?  We would be happy to have one of our dedicated sports reps run through your entire questions, account and wagering history here.  Of note is that the wagering system is programmatic and without seeing your ticket or knowing your account I cannot assess your specific issue.  Based on your comments, it appears that you are specifically looking to place wagers on lines that are not accurate which no sportsbook would grant and the system would not confirm a wager like this, but again we would need to see your specific account.  Certainly, 37 USD (0.151 btc) is not an issue especially considering for major sports and matches we have raised our max to $2,400 (10 btc).  We look forward to your response.

We must start this post by stating that we are very disappointed that we even had to take the time to research this.  The player abused the system on many occasions and even in his stated case was attempting to abuse the system and then posts this, yet continues to deposit and play with us.  It's very disappointing.

We had a chance to review your your post sbrzol aka Atizaki and we clearly see why you chose to leave out your BetcoinSports name as well as any identifying ticket numbers and this is because you have been warned several times regarding abuse of the system and wagering maximums.  In this instance, you have placed two bets on 23/06/15 on the game KIA Sorento - Meralco Bolts and then another two bets on 24/06/15 on the same game. One bet was cancelled on 23rd and another one on 24th. In both cases it has been clearly made out to you that due to the severe abuse of our Terms & Conditions your account has been limited to 250 mbtc bet amounts on lower tiered, less trafficed games. On that occassion you were allowed to bet on the same game again on the next day and the subsequent bet was cancelled and refunded. Also we have to mention that because of the two bet cancellations you actually saved over 100mbtc. Since you choose to write this in the forum, which we don't mind, we kindly ask you to confirm that this is your bet balance at betcoin.ag for the last six months:

Total Profit: mBTC 130,037.29 Total Stake: mBTC 103,433.80

The figures above show that you had won over 26BTC on betcoinsports.com which have been paid out to you, although as we later found out that these winnings were mainly from abusing our system by placing multiple bets on events that had already taken place and taking advantage of a flaw in our system that we had at that point when the sportsbook was first launched . You also forget to mention the countless emails we have sent to you for bets that we kept voiding due to you placing multiple bets on the same event trying to avoid the limits we have in place and by doing so violating our Terms & Conditions time and time again. We take abuse very seriously and we have taken appropriate measures to stop any further attempts from your side to continue profiting from your violations of the terms and conditions. We have been kind enough not to post any email correspondence we had as we believe issues such as this have to be dealt privately but we see your public act as a response to the limits we have imposed and to the cut in your attempt to take advantage of our website.  On top of all of this you still continue to deposit and play at Betcoin.

Will it be common behavior from bitcoin bookmakers to public their customers (login) names?
(Betvip earlier did the same )

What will be next?  Full names?   Country? Address? Phone number ?  Ip address ?

Please quote those rules that forbids to your customers to place 2 bets on the same event with different spread value (so those are different markets)
